At MAGICO, we aim to offer you quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please carefully read the conditions below for requesting a return or refund.
⏱️ Return Request Timeframe
If you wish to request a return, you must raise a complaint within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
📦 Damaged Product
If the product you receive is damaged, please provide us with a clear unboxing video showing the damage. This is required to validate your claim and offer an appropriate resolution.
🚫 Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, you must share an unboxing video clearly showing the contents you received. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will either replace the item or process a refund.
🔄 Exchange for Wrong Product Ordered
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it:
- You will need to bear both return and replacement shipping charges.
- Since MAGICO is a wholesale-based platform, not retail, free exchanges are not available.
- Contact our support team for the return process.
🖨️ Custom-Printed Product Policy
a. Order Cancellation:
Once an order is placed for a custom-printed product, it cannot be cancelled due to the production process and the inability to resell customized items.
b. Undeliverable Shipments:
If a courier is unable to deliver your shipment, we will attempt delivery via an alternative courier. However, returns will not be accepted for such shipments.
🚚 Courier Delays
- In cases of extended courier delays (e.g., 1–2 months), we will coordinate with the courier on a case-by-case basis.
- We recommend customers track their orders and contact us if there are no updates within 15 days of dispatch.
⚠️ Important Exceptions
- Claims made beyond specified timelines will not be entertained.
- Claims without an unboxing video may be rejected.
- MAGICO is not liable for unreported damages or discrepancies after the above periods.
💸 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted only if the return meets these conditions:
a. Damaged/Defective Products:
Confirmed via unboxing video and inspection by our support team.
b. Missing Items:
If we are unable to resend missing items, a refund will be issued for those products.
🧾 Return Conditions
To be eligible for return and refund:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all return/refund claims.
🚚 Return Shipping Policy
- If the return is due to our fault (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
- If not, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service.
❌ Rejection or Parcel Refusal
If the customer rejects the parcel at delivery or refuses to accept it:
- 2x shipping charges (forward + return) will be deducted.
- 10% of product value will be deducted as a packing/restocking fee.
- These deductions will apply before issuing any refund.
💳 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection of the refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Please note: Refunds will only be initiated after we receive the product and confirm it meets all return conditions.
📌 Important Notes
- It typically takes 7+ days from the date of order to deliver products, depending on location.
- Refunds will not be processed for items that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging/invoice.
- Claims must be made within 24 hours if the product is significantly different from the listing or not as expected.
